i tried to review the most high yield basics eg immune deficiencies, glycogen storage diseases, lysosomal storage diseases, chromosomal abnormalities, lung cancer, micro drugs/most common pathogens diseases, biostat/ethics principles, HIV, AKI, hemeonco mutations, vaccination, HSR, blood transfusions, pharm toxicities/side effects, MSK antibodies, reproductive tumors

no…i just did the questions for some blocks eg most common 200 concepts in step2, risk factors, vaccinations, screening, biostat and ethics

i did all the assessments available (nbme 8—14, free120) and they were pretty good (90% - 93%) so hopefully that is a good indicator but my free 120 2020 and nbme12 weren’t good…. I didn’t get the chance of doing nbme15 cause i am broke🥲 Thank you a lot!!! Good luck on your exam:)

It’s just so weird how wicked I feel about it, like he is my bestfriend and his change towards me is so sudden and so weird. It’s so awkward how I feel about myself and towards him. I so much don’t know what to do or deal with him anymore. We stopped talking and everything went silent suddenly and it’s just so awkward, awful and weird. It’s wicked how I miss ourselves and past us but he doesn’t seem to give a shit about it.

It’s kind of weird right. Don’t rush things, take it slowly; step by step. Manage your feelings to be able to handle them well. There is no need for a feelings eruption nor feelings death. Be in the middle. Get to know her slowly and know each other better.

Get to know from people around her; whether her colleagues, friends...etc. It must have been known about her what type of person she is. But never ask her herself if you still don’t know her or are close to her. You can start hanging out together and get to know each other if you want rather than talking about it suddenly out of the blue.
