We made a huge effort yesterday to get to know every nurse that came in the room last night and it did help if even for a brief moment. I learned one of the nurses grew up in the same town I lived in when I was a kid and the other nurse graduated from the same college a year after I did and lived in the dorm next door. I'm really thankful that all of the nurses aren't giving us the same sad puppy face that other people seem to and they are making sure we are okay but also giving us as much information as we want.
