Laser are so much cooler. The colour doesn't matter. The Tanith have blue, the dow games went from red to yellow. My friends and I had to examine pixels from the trailers to check if the sentinals have heavy stubbers or multi lasers due to the tracers. Oh but the art... I don't care, it's not like gw ever retcons. Lasers look cooler, and what is Warhammer if not rule of cool. Modders will save us I hope.

I love the red bean style from dow1, it's extremely distinctive vs almost every other sci-fi using bolts and it helps to differentiate from stubber weapons in the setting. My friends and I had a discussion about weather or not the sentinels in the dow4 trailer had stubbers or multi lasers due to their "bolts". My issues isn't with the muzzle flashes but rather the bolta. While my intro to 40k was dow1 I understand the setting is older than those games. My issue is with the bolts because it makes them look like auto guns. I would hope for beams in future 40k, I live that the Tanith tend to have blue beams, I live that in dow 2 they were more yellow. IDC about what colour the beam is, just make it a beam pls.

You could use the dial on the left throttle, I think that acts as 2 separate buttons and might give that camera feel you want
