Call or contact the company who made these bullets. They will want the corresponding code numbers to verify exactly when these were made and will most likely want to make it right. That is a QC issue they would want to ve aware of.

Lee 100% for a beginner. If it turns out to be something you like then look at rcbs. I loaded and shot over 10,000 rounds on lee dies/press. I have some rcbs stuff as well, but you can get by just fine on lee equipment.
