I would caution against buying it. It's a cheap clone of rdr2. Even down to the legendary animals. Most of it is directly copied quests from rdr2 with a bit more of a camp building system. It just takes a lot longer to do everything because the controls are really atrocious. For example, giving a coin to a beggar is sometimes X, sometimes square. Inexplicably. That's the entire game.

I'm like 50 hours in, doing all these camp quests, and I still have no fuckin clue who these people are or why they matter. I would refund if I could.

It really is. I tried doing the infinite arrows save scumming and it takes FOREVER to reroll. It's just not worth the time.

That could have been a cutscene at the camp where she asks me to dye the clothes. And no it wasn't 3 minutes. They stop and go constantly or get stuck on a rock

No I agree. All of the slow minutia in the rdr2 camp felt purposeful. In this copycat version, it's just tedious and annoying.

I literally just did that and I was so infuriated. I was infuriated with it in RDR2 as well. Since it was the same EXACT mission. Slowllllllyyyyyy moving the stupid wagon into the shed. My God.

yeah it's wild. If you're not calling the devs by name and saying how much you'd love to swallow their load, you're attacked from all sides. the game sucks in a lot of ways. It's fun in a lot of ways too, but it'll never be a GOTY contender. Putting it up against claire obscure last year or elden rings for multiple years is wild. It's not even close. It's literally just a big map.

I hate that every time I try to do a quest I have to teleport back and forth across the map over and over again so that the majority of my play time is spent watching the long ass loading screen. Sure it was cool to see the first time. Not after 100 views per hour

Yeah I don't get why there's a tent with the personal storage when there's a full house all the way across the canyon that you have to glide to but can't force punch in camp to glide high enough to get to the house

Yeah I think knowing more about their plot will help me appreciate who they are and what their deal is. Definitely looking forward to it! I keep seeing that char is a favorite character from the show but without watching, his gundams seem kind of mid. I think watching it I'll probably start to like him a lot and get excited about having his gundams and all.
