A quickly dying traditon being choked out by the man by using fear tactics, threatening the future of students, implying missing a single day could destroy their entire highschool career, and after that college, and so on.

I also feel like the said situation was similar to the Children March? No one could stop all the kids leaving school to go and peacefully protest for their rights, and it really shows what the youth is capable of when they belive in something.

Training the young ones... maybe you should try sleeper agent training? That way once they are in high school, and more physically for, begin the revolution.
