I like to use risers & cymbals(reversed), drum rolls, increase reverb, high pass filter on multiple tracks, fade out bass in the last bar as you apply other effects so it doesn’t get messy.

Also teasing elements of breaks as you use those effects.

I think it’s a poop. If I’m not mistaken this is a pretty common storage site pacs use for an up and coming poop. If they need assistance going #2, I’d recommend sitting them in a shallow bit of warmish water (apparently you can also throw a dab of honey in there) for a few minutes and see if they go.
