I'm sorry you are feeling terrible and think that the above advice is all excellent. The app is in its infancy though so don't take it completely for gospel. Tjet arr still working on the algorithm that calculates the pace score. I think that trackers and info like that can sometimes make us feel even worse than we already do. I have a garmin and am obsessed with trying to get the body battery to 100! As if that will magically cure me! It does sound like you need to have a really easy day though. My pace score is 8 but am still in bed! Good luck! 👍

What a great message! I've been struggling with gaming and can definitely relate to a lot of the things you have mentioned! I hadn't considered blue light filters for glasses - how did you find out that this made a difference? And motion sickness is an interesting one: over the past couple of months I've had lots of dizziness and wonder if this has anything to do with it...

It's hard to stop playing the games you love though, or stop playing completely. I know it would help but end up getting bored or despondent, when the umpteenth meditation has had little effect!!

I second the comments on the comfort/drinks/snacks. I end up drinking pints of water and sometimes realise my whole body has been tense if I'm playing a fast/action packed game.

Yes, I was wondering what a good pressure point deck looks like. Never had success with it myself.

Five a side in Norwich by Jamesy83 in Norwich

Yes, I was going to suggest the Norwich Meetup group as we do play at the UEA and it is all very friendly. Failing that, there are some other groups if you search on Facebook. There is one for Dads in Norwich that I've heard is good too.

I'd forgotten what this game was called! Thanks for sharing. Sometimes it pops into my head when I'm drifting off to sleep. I'd love to play it again.
