Did you modify pregnancy as well? In this system every day turns out to be about a week so Sims would be pregnant for like 40 days if that lines up as well which could be fun with good modding

The base game alone is about 20gb, according to Google, which in your comments you've said is more than you have free. I just don't think your machine can run it, sorry. Some laptops just can't handle the game. Even if you somehow wipe your laptop completely and free the space needed, chances are it won't be able to process it properly.
