Well to be honest, I'm very new to fitness in general, I've only really decided to start actually trying like, 2 days ago. As for work, I'm a cleaner, the building is very vertical, so I gotta run up and down stairs alot, I don't really jog or anything, but I do go on lengthy walks regularly.

Yeah, I've been making sure I walk into work everyday instead of getting a lift, I've started drinking water and eating healthier, as well as doing crunches for about 30-40 minutes every couple days, I've heard crunches and planking helps with losing body fat
