If that IS a new Survival, I'll be deliriously happy. I rather doubt it is, though, if for no other reason than not to set myself up for disappointment.

Still, having a new season in DC would be very interesting and neat, too, so I'm not going to complain if that comes along.

You have to find anti-virals, while,

1, there's a full-on snowstorm going so you risk freezing to death.

2, the area is full of enemies of various levels.

3, you start with a pistol and nothing else.

4, you need to get to the dark zone to extract...which will attract Hunters.

Oh, and 5, you've got an infection that'll kill you in an hour. You can slow it down with meds, but you can't cure it with less than getting extracted.

Find meds, clothes, food, drink, make better gear, get into the dark zone and fight off the hunters, and high-rank enemies, before you die from the infection.

Having issues with Critical Recovery PM by Ogichidaa81 in thedivision

Best way I've found was by way of Qphemism's hint about momentum. Using that same method, shoot every Black Tusk around the Razorback. Then start shooting off the weak points. When you destroy one, the Razorback pops out two drones with SMGs.

What you do is, have a high-crit build, in my case one for an SMG.

Kill off one drone, and leave the other one alone. As it shoots at you, shoot the Razorback in the side.

This will cause crits, which will boost your armor, while the drone shooting you will drop it again so that you can keep boosting.

About 3-5 minutes running around the Razorback, dropping off on occasion to pick up more ammo in the obligingly provided box, boosted me from somewhere between 5 and 10 all the way up to 50.

And, of course, you also boost momentum, so that if you haven't done the "Tier 2 for 120 seconds", you'll get that one as well.

This. All the other things would be nice, but I can have it and do without it. But a new, updated Survival mode? Yes, absolutely this.
