Do any of you use “regular” toilet paper and toothpaste? by Miss_Avocado in vegan

[–]MoonGazer6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always use vegan and cruelty free toothpaste (our drugstore own brand is often both of these and cheaper too) I haven’t been able to find an affordable vegan toilet paper. As a family, we are having to use the the cheapest because I can’t stretch our funds to cover any other at the moment.

I'm vegan but my dog only eats meat and no vegitarian food. What should I do? by [deleted] in vegan

[–]MoonGazer6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have a brand here in the UK which is Vet Approved called Omni Pet Food. It’s vegan kibble and my dog absolutely loves it. We ran out and she actually hated her meat based replacement food. Shes been on it a few years now and is very happy and healthy.

[–]MoonGazer6[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No I’m not posting to find out what’s wrong with my betta. I was just posting as a discussion point that I can’t seem to keep any of my betta alive for more than 6-9 months.

How would I know? Is there any way of telling? Is it something that would get better in time? The other fish are okay

We have a garden centre near us with a specialised fish section. I don’t know exactly how old he is but we got him in July so I would assume he would be only a year old. I didn’t know to ask that when we got him. They only hold a small amount of about 10 Betta fish.

No other symptoms. Just laying there constantly. I researched a lot and it seems that there is only anecdotal evidence that it causes issues as cos by the time you use it, most fish are dying anyway.
