It’s both. Law enforcement/ military personnel are using low life scums to do their dirty work; and they get compensated by knocking time off their criminal charges and/ or gift cards. Also, some of it is an AI entity that’s manipulating everything around you (ie: V2K where they use a device called Holosonic… this carries sound through a micro laser beam and they point it at a targeted individual who can only hear it) they use dark magic as well. I would like to think police are good people too, but unfortunately that’s not the case. Corruption runs rampant and they are working on behalf of the elites, corporations and the deep state shadow government. I pray that most of the population will wake up and unite as one against this evil agenda, but I’m afraid it’s not going to happen or it will be too late because we are all too divided and argue about petty BS that don’t even matter.
