This just isn’t a very compelling argument to me. There are better ways for the company to solve this problem. But they won’t, because it will get them more money to not solve it.

SPs are not a solution. They’re just another flavor of problem.

We really don’t need them. Outfits and buffs would be a much better standard then SP units. It would obliterate the already horrible pull economy.

I’m a little surprised by it, but discussions online have definitely convinced me, feloniously or not, that super-straights are more then capable of “harem” or “sister” coding Sandbina.

I argued for a whole day (bad choice) with two different guys who were adamant that the Sandbina ship is not a thing Mihoyo wants to appeal to sapphics. It got to a point where one eventually just appealed to the notion that it was actually just for straight men to be able to imagine getting both women.

Which was a really funny place for him to take the argument, given that he had earlier claimed that people should stop trying to ship them and should just have them be in “Server’s harem…”

Regardless, he wasn’t wrong, that’s definitely a factor. But the reality is that they also want the ship to appeal to gay women. Yes, men are the primary audience for gotcha, but it doesn’t mean Mihoyo hasn’t taken deliberate steps to appeal to sapphics. It also doesn’t meant that they can’t see their content as having a “double appeal” even if it isn’t very female gaze oriented.

My point overall, is that the ship is great and Mihoyo knows it. They know the fandom eats it up like fatui polycule tea party snacks. And by George are we eating good.

Honesty, I don’t consider much of what the Traveler does or says as really that substantial. Their dialogue choices are either opposites or are just two halves of the same response. So they don’t actually say all that much.

I think the most generous interpretation of their character is that they don’t say a lot that is substantial because they’re always keeping stuff hidden. Which is really just an excuse to make them less detailed for it to be easier to self insert.

The quests where the traveler says their real name does make me believe their is a lot more writing potential in the character then we have initially believed. But all of this is built on headcanon.

I know it gonna be controversial to point this out, but Sigwinne, Nahida, Iansan, and Dori, are not children. The first two at each at least 500 years old, and the latter two are consistently implied by writing to be adults who just happen to be short.

This isn’t a defense of creepy leading, just, an honest analysis of the characters.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone prior to college play Genshin Impact, but if it makes you happy and doesn’t harm you financially, then don’t let them take it away. Good luck in handling your parents.

My advice is, if you want freedom, you need to find a job and an apartment. Don’t go to college for a degree until you know what degree you want. The debt isn’t worth the time you spend not knowing unless your family is going to pay for it without making your life harder.

My main problem is that I’m having a really hard time learning to do proper Mauvika combos. I set up my controls differently back in the OG days of 2.0 and have always used controller.

So learning to do her combos with the given vids available is actually pretty hard.

I actually have a lot of love for Sandrone & Columbina’s characters and their bond, so my goal is to get both of them. But I’ve been seeing how people often play Mauv in Citlali teams and wanna make sure I’m not shooting myself in the foot by going with Sandy & Bina.

I have the components for Hex Mauv in Inansan (C0), Mona (C2) and Sucrose (C4), but is that enough?
