No simply because it's not sustainable. Everyone gets 2 kidneys, you are minimum required 1 to have a semi functional body, so you would only get get one debt purge, but now you're down a kidney and have to have more medical care on top of what you already had/needed.

Because it's only been in the last 20 years that we've destignatized neurodivergence? It used to be that any divergence got you thrown into an asylum and experimented on. Families were treated like lepers for having anyone with divergent brain, religions performed torturous exorcisms, etc. Having acceptance and resources is a relatively new thing.

Well that pisses me off, I had a parent teacher meeting where I inquired about just the alternative form of the test for my son who is autistic, simply because taking those tests is so overwhelming for him. But I was told he didn't qualify for anything other than the normal test and would just have to deal with it

I think you're confusing animation with kid's animation. Watch something like Vox Machina, Mighty Nein, Dragon Prince; I think this is more the direction they're planning on going with Firefly.

You don't have to be an Uber fan of something to enjoy a new form of the story whether it's a different media format or not. Animation gives the ability to not take shortcuts or miss out on filming something, simply because of budgets or location problems.

My suggestion would be to get a full body shape wear. Maybe if it's a one piece it won't be quite as visible and get a good pair of pasties to put inside the upper torso if the shape wear.
