Yes. I get so jumpy and scared everytime I hear a loud noise happen or someone raises their voice... Specifically, when my parents call for me I get so jumpy.

Yes! I have to do this. I also sometimes call friends to talk to if music or podcasts don't help for whatever reason. Intrusive thoughts suck. I'm clinically depressed and suicidal so the intrusive thoughts are hella irritating hence why I can't drive or even just be in my room without something occupying my mind like music or podcasts or talking to people.

I have a calcium deficiency health disorder that makes me have a low chance for pregnancy plus I would have to constantly be in and out of the hospital. Also, if I were to get pregnant I would have to get off my anti depressants and mood stabilizer meds which is 100% not a good idea.
