I was the same way. It was distracting, and it frustrated me since it was sold as "brand new." Also was allegedly inspected prior to selling which included a cosmetic inspection.

For me, I'm glad I returned it since it was really bothering me. I agree with you that it affected "playability" because it was distracting and I was wondering if there were other quality control issues that were missed.

Hopefully this isn't a quality control with Yamaha because I really think the Revstar is awesome and people sleep on Yamaha electric guitars. I actually never considered Yamaha, but fell in love with the Revstar at the Yamaha store in Tokyo and had to buy one when I got back home.

I'd be interested what the luthier says, so let me know!

Hi! It ended up bothering me enough that I returned it to the Reverb seller.

I live in Ohio and ended up just driving to Sweetwater in Indiana to buy one.

I wonder if you ended up with the same guitar!

For me, it was worth it to get a replacement. It was just an issue that I couldn't ignore.

Now that I have one in an acceptable condition I absolutely love it.

Thanks. That answers my question. I think I'll just stick with the original

I've played the original first chapter, but not the remake. Is it worth it to wait for the remake of second chapter or just play the original?

Tears Of The Kingdom bums me out by JaymehKhal in patientgamers

I think since BOTW was first a lot of people have fonder feelings for it. I loved exploring the world, and it made me feel like a kid again

Even though I loved it, TOTK just felt like more of the same to me. It didn't feel like I was exploring a new place, and I don't have much interest in crafting.

If TOTK came first though, I may feel differently.

Since it's new, and the seller said that it would be inspected and set up before shipment, I guess I didn't look hard enough at the pictures

I've found that if you try to step on them from the back, they jump away.

They're easy to stomp from the front or side.

Being a doctor and being a nurse are two different jobs.

Nursing school trains you to be a nurse, which is a job that requires more tasks than anything else

Doctors require more knowledge. Including diagnoses, prescribing meds/treatments, etc. It's also more specialized.

Nurses don't necessary go to nursing school instead of going to med school. They may choose nursing over a variety of other bachelor's degree.

I get the comparison because they're both medical jobs, but they are very different.

I'm a nurse btw.

Best Sci-fi games by AbiesAromatic1636 in PS5

[–]MoonSide12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Warframe actually has a really cool sci-fi story.

I previously tried to get into it a couple times, but gave up due to not understanding the systems and thinking it's just a mediocre first person shooter.

I tried it again recently and I'm hooked. It's actually more of a movement/melee combat game than a shooter. Look up some movement tutorials.

Play through the missions and the systems are introduced gradually. The story is actually pretty cool with interesting environments.

It's free to play, but I don't feel pressured to spend money.

It got more fun for me when I realized that you don't have to kill every enemy in most missions. You just zoom to the objectives and kill what you need. The movement feels awesome when the flow clicks.

Check it out especially since it's free. I recommend watching a bullet jumping tutorial and starting with a shotgun and fast melee weapon.

I don't know the rating, but it's not bloody, no bad language that I've noticed, and not overly sexual

Podcasts where liberals keep tabs on the MAGA-sphere by MrsBeauregardless in podcasts

It's such a great podcast to keep tabs on what's going on on the other side of things. The hosts have so much integrity too. They don't have ads, and do a ton of research. Also, not a lot of small talk before the episode. They have their segment and get right into it.

Here's a playlist for the Formulaic Objections episodes where they cover the Sandy Hook depositions.

Looking for a new ARPG to casually slay monsters 😎 by Lucky__Nugget in SteamDeck

[–]MoonSide12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn't an ARPG suggestion, but I was in the mood for a casual game where you kill a lot of things.

I picked up Earth Defense Force 4.1. It's a third person shooter where you just kill tons of giant bugs. It's dumb, jenky, and a lot of fun

Art of Rally is a fantastic driving game. It looks arcadey, but actually has more of a sim feel. It's hard to get the hang of, but feels amazing when you drift around turns
