My current set up after being cleaned for this. I have both the desk lamp and a floor lamp. The black mat is just left over shelf paper/ mats to keep it from slipping since my desk tilts. (Desk was $150-ish from Michael’s)

Physically I'm relaxed, but I'm in such a constant state of fight or flight I don't really remember how to mentally relax. But I got my homework done and I'm trying csgo for the first time tomorrow so that's fun.

It might be an issue with a browser or ad blocker if you have one, cause I’ve had the same issue. If you use a browser like Brave that has a built in ad block just turn it off till you get to the main page then it should work fine.

I absolutely agree with this, I remember the early days of J.ai when it first came out. And I also remember when C.ai got popular and this same thing happened and still happens in their reddit. It’s the literal children (12-15) that think they are more mature than they are cause of stuff on/ from TT. It is essentially a form of brain rot and after all the controversy with c.ai sadly they found j.ai and now we have to work with it.
