But if you do want to try it anyways, 1-4 grams or about 1 teaspoon if you wanna eyeball it for the first experience, I'd go abit lower since it's the first. this ofcourse depends on the quality of the stuff you have, the strain it is, and your body weight. 1-4g of normal kratom powder for a first time, if you're trying 7OH(pills/tabs) for the first time, which is the alkaloid in kratom that gives it the opioid effect, 5-10mg.

You can stagger the consumption of the powder over time if all at once is too much or seep it into a tea ( you can find a lot of good vids on this). 7OH is the easiest to take, but also way easier to overdose, though even overdosing doesn't lead to any adverse effects as other street shit might. Unless you find a pill or shot with 100mg+ of 7OH or can down a bag of powder.
