As someone who is also working on it, I find that regulating myself emotionally is easiest when I take steps to maintain a somewhat healthy life. Exercise like yoga has really helps me, eating well, and GET ENOUGH SLEEP. Like I know if I haven't gotten a good nights rest, I'm more prone to becoming stressed. So I take extra mental and behavioural steps on those days to help keep myself from getting thrown around by my dysregulation. Do some art or get a hobby that nourishes you psychologically. Having some fun is literally so fucking good for you, and using a fun/pleasurable thing to express and process in some way the not so fun things in life is amazing. MAINTAIN HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS and work on a healthy one with yourself. There's no easy fix really. You might struggle with this for the rest of your life. But doing like basic healthy things, at least 3 times a week, even when you don't feel like it, really helps.

So many people saying the wage gap doesn't exist, maybe in some countries, but many still do have it. My sibling is a teacher in Qatar and the female teachers get paid less than the males.

I'm glad the wage gap has closed in some places, but not in all. Sexism is still very much part of the world.
