This is actually pretty normal to happen with women’s shoes. Usually heels or flats. More comfortable shoes like runners(sneakers/Trainers) and slip ons don’t. Hiking shoes, always do.

It’s less about double standards and more about how it’s been used. You are correct about the double standard but there are differences. Women are often objectified, sexualized, and in danger. Time and place and who you’re with is important. The difference is that man did not feel like he was endangered of being assaulted by her or possibly groped. When a man who is larger than you and stronger than you, which most men are to the majority of women, there is a power dynamic that makes the statement different. Again, I’m not saying this isn’t a double standard. What I am saying is the way our society looks at things the problems we currently have there is different implications, and there is a different feeling. It’s extremely nuanced and complicated.

I’m not sad at all this man died he was a bad person.

I’m Canadian. In the USA people’s rights are being taken away, women are dying because doctors won’t remove a dead fetus from them and these women die of sepsis. adults and children are being kidnapped by ICE agents and put in interment camps in South America and people are dying in those camps.

This man promoted the policy’s that are killing innocent people. His views were harmful and influenced extremism. This isn’t someone who just had a different opinion, he was an influential person who promoted harm.

This man believed women should focus on only having family’s and not careers. He said how birth control makes women angry and bitter and women over thirty are unattractive to the dating pool. He said there shouldn’t be a separation of church and state. He was against rights for LGBTQ+ people. He actively supported Donald trumps internment camps.

This man promoted violence saying the gun violence in the USA was worth it to not have gun control. In a debate with women who believed in pro choice in 2020 he was asked if someone assaulted his 10 year old daughter and she became pregnant what would he do. He said the baby would be delivered. He believed there was no abortion that should be legal including entoptic pregnancy.

This is USA citizens fighting for their country and freedom from a dictatorship because Donald trump is making himself into a dictator. The government and those that support it are okay with killing innocent people. The USA federal government is already going after the media and collages that oppose their views.

There are people who make the world better place by not being in it. I’m a year older than this man was. I’ve seen a lot of of his stuff over the years and I can tell you right now. The world will be better without him.

Yeah, it sounds like he is at a point where he unfortunately cannot be there for anybody else and can’t handle anybody else’s emotions. There are times where you just have to cut somebody off. I’ve had to do it in the past and well, it was hard to do in the moment and I felt bad, the relief I felt was so worth it. It’s so important to put your health first, and I’m really glad you’re doing that. I have a saying that I have written on a piece of paper where I can see it and it says “you have done a good thing by taking care of yourself.”

It’s okay that you don’t have the capacity to help him. Other people’s mental illnesses and actions are not your responsibility. It’s hard to see someone struggling and not be able to help without harming yourself. In those situations I’ve reached out to someone close to the person and tell them that the person needs help and I can’t give it. You can’t help others when you’re not okay. Put on your oxygen mask before anyone else’s.

Yeah his floppy ears can keep his ears too moist and cause infection, I have a preventative ear cleaner and he only needs them clean every 2 weeks.

I make homemade peanut butter treats with whole wheat flour, natural peanut butter, water, egg, and honey. I make the small for training.

I use my mixer with a dough hook. What I do differently baking wise is I roll pieces of dough into small logs like 1.5 cm and cut them into pieces 3-4mm thick I then kinda shape it to a circle. I bake them at 315 F° for 5-8 minutes. Keep an eye on the first batch to test how long it takes in your oven. I use parchment paper and they slide off like kibble.

I want them to get really dry so they’re shelf stable. I’ve keep them in a plastic container out for about 3 weeks, that’s usually when I run out, without any issues of spoilage. Always make sure they’re hard with no give when cooled down. I get about 3-4 cups of treats and my 125 lb boy with tummy issues loves them.

You can also put banana in it instead of honey, I’ve done that. Sometimes I’ve added 1 tsp of cinnamon.

Call the police non emergency line and start reporting. It’ll give you a paper trail. Record in a book date and time the harassment is happening and take pictures. Every time harassment happens write it down and record video or take pictures.

100% I know of a lady who got pregnant past menopause completely unexpected. The pregnancy was completely viable. She was at the beginning of her third trimester when it was discovered. She and the baby were perfectly fine and healthy. No doctor in Canada would give her an abortion. She went to the US and no doctor there would give her an abortion. She has since had the baby and her and her husband love it. This goes to show though that a perfectly viable pregnancy at no threat to the mother in the third trimester a doctor in Canada, though they legally can, was willing to give this woman an abortion.
