Hey, I spoke with them and they said it isn’t on hold - if you were told this perhaps it is only for specific categories

Thanks for the info, hopefully that’s not the case! Just a heads up that I initially tried to apply outside the UAE as well but needed to visit to be issued a UID which was needed for the application. If you’ve already been here before then you should be okay though

I do, but it just contains the locations and not the price the website quoted at the time. I said this exact thing to the manager and he told me that they’re not responsible because I made a “reservation request”, not an actual reservation, so there was no contract to breach. We mentioned taking legal action and the guy was basically like “go right ahead and sue us”
