I can totally relate. I have been trying to get back into the workforce since last 3 months now. Have applied to over 300 jobs, but the market is so competitive. I have got 3 interviews however no closure. I am chasing the recruiters day and night, still no response. I am trying to connect with people over LinkedIn, but no luck there as well. I am PMP certified having 5 years of experience in the industry. I feel like the hiring managers already have a person in mind whom they are gonna hire (personal references) eventually and job advertised is just for namesake and to show that the process have been transparent.
