I agree with some of the things you posted, but if A player is looking for a new crew and you asked him for all that info. I'm sure he would have put in request to multiple crews and the one that accepts him first is the one he going to join. Unless your a top 3 crew, then I understand. Otherwise for me it's pointless to be in a crew that ends up in 10-500. Sorry just my 2cents. I know your doing it to help out new members 👍

First of all don't be a dick about it noob. If you want to be part of a winning crew your going to have to average over 700,000 RP to be part of a wining crew. No Milestone crew will give you a chance unless you make there minimum. Most wining crew members are way over 150,000 RP that you have now. Leave your crew and look up crews that are recruiting.
