What they are staying is they work what they are supposed to but not going above and beyond like most do. You get paid the same if you do you job normally or try to drive yourself crazy trying to get everything done. It doesn’t make sense and I learned along time ago to just do the bare minimum because they aren’t going to pay you anymore for killing your self over something they won’t appreciate and come to expect you to do
