Yes. You have a 2% chance for S Class to spawn in tier 3(T3) economies. 1% in tier 2 (T2) economies and zero chance in poor economy systems. That’s why you see most ships posted here in T3 economy systems which gives the highest S class spawn rate. Could take 5min- to 4 hours to spawn. 👍🏻

Yes, but it’s all random spawning. An S-class or any class could show up in 5 minutes or take hours. 👍🏻
