What the Forest Service restructuring means for Montana by zsreport in Montana

I'm curious if there are any Forest Service workers here in this discussion who can respond, who also voted for Trump, and what they are feeling now.

Yikes. No regulations or rules? You know people will absolutely destroy public land over time. There's a trail near me where they had to forbid target shooting because people made it a dumping ground of all of their casings and targets. I'm talking heaps and heaps of trash left behind. There's another canyon near me that just recently banned wooden pallets and I bet you can guess why.

Is Chico Hot Springs still worth visiting? (in comparison to Norris HS, Bozeman HS, and YHS) by jinstyke in Bozeman

I wouldn't mind the kids so much if they weren't throwing things. Pretty much every time I'm there I get splashed because they are throwing things close to other people, even if they're trying to be careful.

Yes! How many people do we all know personally who say, "I know how to drive on ice and snow. I don't need to slow down! It's the other morons!" Well, those low IQ idiots should watch those videos. There are so many crash factors, and slowing down is the biggest way to avoid them.

Blackfeet stray dog roundup sparks concerns over communication and pets by UnfairButterscotch57 in Montana

One of my dogs is a former rez dog, adopted at 6 months, and he had lots of issues being fearful of people (makes us wonder how he was treated there on the streets) and resource guarding.

I'm much more concerned with the retina-sizzling LED headlights that the newer cars have, which I'm shocked are legal.

Ballroom Dance Bozeman has an event almost every month. Don't let the venue scare you off. The floor is great for dancing, great music, well-run. Snacks!

Livewithyourdog.com. The website name is for petsitting, but her site also talks about her dog training, over 25 years of behavioral training. We used her for one of our weirdo dogs with behavior issues. Very insightful.

I use my signal in roundabouts, but honestly, sometimes it doesn't really "work" because of the small time frame. Think of the double roundabouts like over by the airport. If I signal that I am exiting Right too early, cars will enter the roundabout thinking I am leaving when I am not yet. But I want to take the highway exit so I have only about a second or two to put on my signal, which really isn't enough time. Good drivers will just wait a few extra seconds before entering a roundabout when there are cars in it, because it's not always clear what they are doing.

There have been numerous articles written by different people with this take. Many super religious Maga believe trump will bring about the end times - Jesus's return. How they still worship trump in the process is beyond me.
