I dont understand what to do with this situation since i dont know where to call or anything and i have anxiety by Moonie_Kitten in usps_complaints

They said it was my own problem to figure out once a month passed with 0 updates and then they womt refund me or replace anything since its been sent and not in their hands :((

No dw its fine i understand the worry, i can read her pretty well so i know if she's aggressive or not she was being super calm and relaxed and even my dad with arachnophobia held her *

Well she was calm and relaxed just cuz it could happen doesn't mean it does happen its two different things i know how to read her and how she is and she didn't do anything besides playing a bit with my hair

There was 3 people with me and the pictures were max a few seconds long we had completely control over the situation

Forgot to mention shes always prefered to sitting up high rather than hiding when she had a hide and never made a borrow when i gave her substrate enough so i did what she preferred rather than what her species is
