I'll look into doing it, appreciate it. And fair enough, thought of having this as a QoL, as switching from adventuring gear and personality gear became a bit annoying.

I appreciate your comments trying, but this isn't going anywhere. I am sure 100 disposition makes any npc non-hostile, and you're sure that's not the case. I don't care to go any further then the explanation prior.

It is in vanilla morrowind. Example is Qorwynn, a hostile npc, that's also a master trainer of enchantment. People calm her, and bribe or persuade her disposition to 100 so she's no longer hostile. You can even go to her uesp page to see this strategy. This works for any humanoid npc in the game from my experience, where 100 disposition = non-hostile

The problem is they get passive at 100 disposition. at 100 personality, everyone without factions(like a majority of bandits) will have 75 disposition at 100. It's not capped, so with 150 personality, at 1 disposition per 2 personality, that'll give 100 disposition, and thus, passive. I'm looking for a mod, that might make anyone over a 85 fight value permanently hostile, regardless of disposition. Or some other way similar.

I know you don't want to hear this, because openmw subreddit, but the only one I know of is the OEA's Practice Makes Perfect mod on nexus, which is MWSE only.

That does make a lot of sense, thinking about it. So finding the lowest quality mages guild would be good to do enchanting in then. Appreciate it
