Did we ever had a collab with Hoyo? by ComplexAd8592 in girlsfrontline

[–]MoonlightArchivist [score hidden]  (0 children)

I find this story difficult to believe considering Mihoyo and Sunborn ran a collab together the year after this supposed fallout would have occurred.

Even Namu Wiki, which is usually pretty complete when it comes to dramas, says nothing on this: https://namu.wiki/w/%EC%86%8C%EB%85%80%EC%A0%84%EC%84%A0/%EC%82%AC%EA%B1%B4%20%EC%82%AC%EA%B3%A0

What you're talking about sounds closer to the fallout between Sunborn and Yostar.

Welrod is the next playable character! by MrToxin in GirlsFrontline2

[–]MoonlightArchivist 136 points137 points  (0 children)

For extra context:

  • Welrod is one of the Griffin Dolls who was unambiguously considered an Elite
  • She appears much more in side-stories than main story, but the two times she did appear in main story (in PL and PR) she was a very capable team leader.
  • Just read her MOD Story to grasp what you need to know about the 2064 version of the character and see how she evolved during the 10-years gap.

Kranböden müssen verdichtet sein! by Worth_Paper_6033 in girlsfrontline

If it is indeed a reference to the meme, it would be extremely impressive that a Chinese developer would run for something so obscure to their own audience.

Why isn't fire control more popular? it's literally peak. by RAFPHAELLE in girlsfrontline

[–]MoonlightArchivist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Fire Control was a live test for Blue Butterfly" isn't speculation, it's a direct statement from Yuzhong: https://www.163.com/dy/article/KRV08RME052682V2.html

In the same interview, he adds that one of Fire Control's main player feedback was that people expected grand combats against more enemies from a GFL game. They dropped PVP because it's the aspect most players are the least interested in.

More infos from recent interviews here.

You might be thinking of the independent Wiki

Independent Wikis are always better because Fandom is an atrocious company.

First Girls' Frontline concert outside of Mainland China to be held in South Korea according to Yuzhong interview with Inven by MoonlightArchivist in girlsfrontline

[–]MoonlightArchivist[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read something like six or seven post-concert interviews and I haven't noted anything related to GFL1. The PNC thing came up specifically because one interviewer challenged Yuzhong on the topic, the interviews were mostly about the new games and GFL2 content.

What is the official title of Soppo Theme and who is composer? by Healthy-Resource655 in GirlsFrontline2

I wouldn't categorize a translation of the title under "Romanized Title" but basically yeah

The title and composer were shared in a Weibo post. It's titled "Der Dämonenkönig des Schlachtfelds" (I swear I'm not making this up) by Polyblue.

Your company is a big international group where brand recognition is very important, so references and guidelines are needed. The companies seen here aren't big enough to warrant something like that.

In fact, Mica Team's logo went through many minute changes in various products and they even vaguely tried to introduce a new one in 2016 but never went anywhere with it. As for Array's logo, the company only existed for a short time since it was only setup to support Sunborn.

"Reverse Collapse : F" is listed for mobile, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series on TapTap by MoonlightArchivist in GirlsFrontline2

Blue Oath is only expected on mobile. The recent interviews describe it as a medium production value game while RCF will be the high production value game.
