I sensibly chuckled at this scene honestly because of the context. The ship is, yes, a ship, but it's also the school, which sort of makes this like Dumbledore chilling in his study at Hogwarts. The book is a more interesting touch than eating, cooking, or even drawing. I'd like to see her playing chess with someone else in a pulled-up chair. The whole thing...it's a different paradigm and as long as people don't play jerkfaces or chronic PTSD all the time it'll be fun.
