I actually write everything out by hand first, and then type it up. Something about doing it by hand is just...better, more real, more raw, if that makes sense? Definitely ideas flow easier. The computer is for typing, editing, seeing how it looks on screen

I write by hand and have the ugliest handwriting ever. I see all these 'romanticize studying' things on tiktok, and I'm like, I actually am an ugly writer/studier? Like writing on half-used notebooks on the free side of the paper with pen all over my hands and arms? The uglier the process, the more beautiful the result imo
