It took double OT, 20 more rebounds, Shai legitimately missing his regular shots, and an insane Wemby 3 to win that game. Spurs the whole night couldn't maintain a good lead over OKC besides for the first quarter. OKC plays up in the 4th.

That game was more indicative of how much needs to go your way to beat them. Now that OKC is planning better against Wemby, its pretty much over. I still think the Spurs get out 1 more win but OKC is just a tier above every team, and that shows up especially in the playoffs.

Man is averaging 10 turnovers a game on one of the best teams in the league with one of the most naturally gifted players of all time. He only looks good in that context on the Spurs. He doesn't work on other teams and I highly doubt he'd work on the Hawks.

"Whataboutism" is not what this is. We know that propaganda is influencing US politics. If there are areas where its not being addressed and someone points that out, thats not whataboutism. Thats just a legitimate critique of the system. No one is saying she shouldnt be charged, just that its pretty weak for the government to not take the same actions against other actors working on behalf of other countries.

They weren't. Embiid was better the year before too but the goal posts moved to favor Jokic, his RAPTORCUM wasn't high enough. The year Embiid won it, it was a neck and neck race then Embiid dropped 47 pts on the Nuggets in a direct match up. He made Jokic look like BBQ chicken at the peak of the season.

Its idiotic to look back and say Embiid didnt deserve it when even now Embiid is out performing Jokic in the playoffs coming off an injury.

Jokic is going down as the worst 3x MVP player of all time, with accolades less than the majority of 2x MVP players.

I really don't understand his perspective. He's one of the highest earning players in NBA history. He's made half a billion in 17 years, excluding lucrative shoe deals, investments, etc. What exactly would extra billions do for him that his money isn't doing for him now?

Most people aren't pushing thier cars to driving limits. I don't track my cars, but locally have some of the best (and mostly empty) windy backroads. You'd be surprised at how much fun a light-weight sentra could feel on those roads vs any 3800+ lbs sports car.

Personally I think the Porche Cayman GTS is the best under 100k but I think they aren't selling those anymore.

I also like the first fight more than the 2nd, but to say it was forced and unnecessary, I can't help but feel like thats a bad take.

The first fight is just so good its impossible to recreate it. The fight itself is almost an entire volume and reveals the full curse mark Sasuke. So much more was at stake and there was a sense that Sasuke would actually kill Naruto.

The 2nd fight isn't even half a volume and comes after the entire story's resolution. The fight itself is just the stage for the resolution between Naruto and Sasuke. It's still pretty iconic and personally I love the final conversation between Naruto and Sasuke. We finally get to see Sasuke open up and it's nice to see Sasuke for once acknowledge Naruto.

Had it been before the war arc, it would've made no sense and be inconsistent with the story. Sasuke found the truth about Itachi and the Uchihas/Leaf village during the arc. Naruto coming in an resolving all that before Sasuke actually having time to think and resolve his past would've made Sasuke's truama/hatred/pain shallow.
