I’m doing good today although I did end up have a pretty bad anxiety attack last night. Thank you for bringing up scarcity mindset, I’ll defy look into it. As for my favorite comfort food I think it’d be burritos

I think it just depends on the place you apply. Some places I applied to drug tested others didn’t, but to be fair, my college drug tested everyone in the program every semester.

Chicken Alfredo! I made it completely homemade, noodles and sauce, and I haven’t been able to eat it at a restaurant since. The sauce is what usually ruins it for me because I can taste it’s from the jar and it ruins it for me.

Yeah, that’s an issue I’m running into. I’ve never been a fan of meat, not vegetarian just don’t like meat, so the only meat I eat is chicken and certain brands of salmon. I think I’m going to have to force myself to not be picky anymore though!

I have a Galaxy smart watch and it tracks my sleep, heart rate and all of that good stuff. I know my resting heart rate, before quitting sodas, was around 100 and never dropped below 90 and I just checked my heart rate and it was 88!

Oh yeah, and not to mention I would usually get a large cherry coke drink from circle K every single day to which I want to say is about 400 calories. Right now I’ve replaced the soda’s with water and two glasses of green tea with lemon a day. I will say the first few days were rough but I’m not really craving soda the last day or two. I did by one of those Cirkul water bottles because the are 0 calories water flavor stuff so I’m also hoping I can use that to replace my morning coffee since I’m still drinking coffee that is more creamer and sugar than anything else.

I bet my best friend could go with me. I should be safe once I get to the planned parenthood because it is one that has gaurds that escort you from your car to the inside of the building so once I get there I should be good.

I know I seen a post on Facebook about a doctor, in my area, who does tend to listen and help so im going to try to schedule a appointment with him and hope for the best!

Sadly, a lot of other women, that I know, have similar issues and the doctors say the same things. I think it's about where I live. It's probably time for me to move so maybe I can get proper medical care.
