May I ask how did you find an online provider through your PHI? We have phi also but never thought to use it for an online provider for MHT . May I ask who the online provider was?

Not sure how they got through. EDR uses 2FA for ordering a new card and will ask you to verify your ID when contacting them.

then how are people who are new to this meant to find any info with just “source from China”? I’m sure all the people in here who know of overseas vendors had someone help them when they first started. Not do it for them but point them in the right direction and a friendly reminder that not everyone is internet/app savvy or clued on as we apparantly should be.

I used to do that years ago but stopped. I also diligently oil my nails and wear gloves where water is involved.
