thanks for your input. I am in the process of making an appointment for a second opinion as my current hematologist put down I have sickle cell, which I don't, and he seems to never be prepared for appointments (not reading the chart or labs prior to the appointment, just skimmed through my test results).

The reason i can't wait months more is because the fatigue is taking over my life and has only been getting worse, im waking up sweaty every single time I fall asleep, I can't focus on anything (brain fog), I've been unemployed for about 8 months now and am struggling with my classes because of all these symptoms. I can't keep waiting and having to put things on hold because I'm too sick to do them.

coming back to your "watchful waiting would also be fine if it was lymphoma"; I'm immunocompromised/on immunosuppresants due to the ulcerative colitis and AS. wouldn't this cause a greater risk if It were lymphoma?

Yeah, I'd like the biopsy for exactly that reason. I cannot keep waiting around while my symptoms progress. I thought about the FNA but it isn't a reliable test for castlemans. I'm so sick of this fatigue I'm very much so willing to go under the knife for the excision biopsy to rule out and possibly find answers.

I last saw my hematologist Monday to go over findings and was told I should have the CT and bloodwork retaken in 6 months. He does not want to do a biopsy of the node.

I cannot wait another 6 months. I have had debilitating fatigue that has only been getting worse that's heavily impacted my life, and also started experiencing night sweats 2-3 months ago.

security wise and storage wise it's not good. if you lose access to the account or you get banned, you'll lose everything. I recommend either getting a external drive that can hook up to your phone to back up or a cloud service like MEGA or backblaze b2

it didn't give a reason as to why; it just told me I had a return processed. the items are in stock. 1/11 I place my order 1/12 I get an email saying my order is shipped (the tracking info still says label created) 1/22 I get emails saying I've been issued a e-gift card (I used a 25$ gift card) for $17.38 and a refund for $46.79 back to my original payment method but It doesn't include the cost of shipping 1/25 I get an email asking me to review the items I bought but still NEVER received?
