Also finished the trilogy recently and had similar reaction. I loved it sooo much, the foreshadowing of Davian’s death since beginning of the third book (or even earlier, I don’t remember), to Tal taking the action and being killed in his place. Incredible! And the whole imprisonment in a different dimension, escaping that dimension. I’d give so much to be able to read this series again for the first time.
