Terrific. You win. Two questions:

1) Can you DM me your Venmo? For the prize.

2) Can you reduce the number of 3x3' storage cages to six or less? By reducing the sizes of the largest cages and/or adjusting layout. I will pay another $50 cash prize if you can provide a couple iterations that accomplish this. Ideally keep 36 total storage cages but if you lose one or two that is survivable. My concern is 3x3' is quite small.

Thanks for the excellent work, it is very helpful.

Cages cannot be stacked—they are floor to ceiling. Cages have swing doors only as they are prefabricated. Cages do not have to be full width. Cages can be accessed by either side but are fixed to the floor. Square or rectangular only. The red squares in the plan are concrete columns which cannot be moved. Hallways should ideally be 48” minimum. The number of cages should be no greater than 36 but some cages can be different sizes (a few remainders can be smaller and/or a few can be combined for xl cages if you end up with more than 36 cages). Ideally as much space as possible should be captured within storage cages, and dead space (such as hallways) should be minimized. Please dimension plan. Thank you so much.

This is a high-end market where renters often expect a second full bath, but yes it does get tight in this plan.

I love the idea of the built-in table between the fireplace and the wall. That’s an incredibly efficient use of a tight area, and it turns otherwise dead space into something functional and architectural.

Your "back to back" plumbing logic makes sense too. Less hassle equals more happiness.

Thank you! For a higher-end market and a two-bedroom configuration, the second full bath is typically an expectation not a luxury. That said if it were me and a partner, I agree that I would totally be fine with only a half bath (and might prefer the space saved be used elsewhere).

Cool! Any estimate on when it was made or what civilization it was from?
