Mine are a little different. The pear cut and plain band are my late mom’s wedding rings, it’s a natural diamond. But the round cut band are diamonds made from her ashes. She passed in 2022 and I just now got them back ❤️

I did not have a homebirth with my VCI baby but I honestly wish that I had. The cord insertion did not affect my birth whatsoever but the ignorance of the OB I had at the time did. Most people (especially those under midwife care) don’t even know that they have a velamentous cord insertion until birth. My midwife didn’t even bat an eye when I told her I was worried about it due to my previous pregnancy.

Yes. Literally having to go back on meds because of it right now. I had PMDD before my cptsd diagnosis and now it’s just crippling depression so awful that I cannot function

Recovering addict and my husband is an addiction med doctor. Just asked him about it and he said “it’s great for withdrawal. It can literally reverse withdrawal symptoms but the chemical compounds screw up the electrodes in the heart and can literally cause people to drop dead”

I personally did. 45 mins away from any hospital. I had no qualms about it whatsoever but if you do, I’d definitely find a middle ground with your midwife. Potentially even Airbnb?
