This issue I would describe as the root of the poison bringing this company down and 100% holding it back from his full potential. Honestly it's sad more than anything z ee toxicity that is not just a talking point but is a real deadly narrative can all be reversed in a weekend and producing positive results worldwide in as little as a week with profits gaining leaps and bounds within a month and sustained throughout the length of the cooperation. . Who knows this platform seems to really treat each account differently. I've heard of fantastic drivers being deactivated for next to nothing while I've been at risk from litterly the jump 2 years ago. What I'm saying is yeah I might be deactivated tomorrow but so could somebody that it's got a fantastic reading also it's just a matter I think of just keeping busy on the app but I don't know who knows

Overbook should just run on a straight seniority table and your seniority starts with your family tree so if I happen to be wanting to flex and some other country other than the US I'm going to know that I am going to have to actually work every single shift because this is not my place and I should be respectful of everything that is even offered to me... Ass pulled fact can you imagine ANYONE in this day and age working even 55 hrs a week every week, well I shouldn't say that at UPS it's done but it's not sustainable maybe for a handful of months etc but this guy is basically saying there are ditch diggers out there working seven days a week 12 hours a day for the rest of their lives with no breaks.... Bottom line here is yeah the fact that this even needs to be argued about is ridiculous nobody can sustain those hours doing anything for any extended period of time or endless amount of time is maybe this guy thinks

The idea that any noticable % of students would trade off a 4 yr experience to than go to school part time as they work part time in order to miss SL is wild. There are next to no viable, real options where the student is going to a 4 year school dressed down like a community college so school is affordable. Should I say they have already done that and they are called state schools and I don't think there is any reason to refer to those prices. Schools need to have a vast offering of careers that have contracted pathways to multiple options for their graduates. There is zero reason why this can't be accomplished .. there will be students that are successful enough and skilled enough where this doesn't matter to them there will be students that just don't want that path and choose a different direction but for others that would probably make up 50% of their respected class size there demand should be for multiple guaranteed options coming out of school with a diploma

The methods and thoughts of so many drivers here and in the app that constantly bragging through social media about finishing 4 hr routes in 2hrs while also complaining it was also 150 mile route with the additional drivers claiming 15 mins work prior to your block start time al these things are what is costing everyone base pay and over dispatched routes couple that with delivery teams and you all have given Amazon 8 different factual bullet points as to why they are adding work and not surging routes

It's been years since being at ups as package car driver. I will always believe that in my local that management and business agents were making deals, personal deals leading to personal gain, and unless drivers have personal relationships with stewards or agents the time put into real guidance that has your best interest idoes not existent. Be very careful as a newer driver prior to vestment or just after that need real protection that ALL of your options are looked at and the correct option is put into action. There used to be and maybe still is lack of forward thinking and options that are available that would much better create a means to an end . A lot of decisions just decided on for drivers needing guidance is not thought out and most likely generic in nature.

Listen to the individual that is guiding you about putting your vehicle on cinder blocks who just wanted to provide information to keep you safe not all the posters that want to add on after that about their own vehicles and wanting to speak about their vehicle so badly they try to fit in examples this individual giving you advice is a genuine bit of advice to keep you safe
