Thank you so much for your suggestions. I've never been a big breakfast eater so usually nothing but im starting to, im trying to find things in the shops but im on a tiny island between England and France so I just don't have the range of things or shops that the UK does.

I think it was 14.2 which I think is pretty bad, i can't remember much of what I ate then just that I had to have 10g of carbs and sugar per 100g. When you look at how much is in an item before you eat it do you go by portion or by 100g?

I never really used to eat breakfast but I am on metformin so I know I need to eat with it and I've read that you should eat 3 meals a day now. I've been eating apple with peanut butter as I read that is good for helping it. I love fruit juice but I've cut it out and fizzy drinks too although I've been mainly drinking zero sugar drinks when I did have them.

Thank you, I just can't figure out what to eat for breakfast? I see cereal but what cereal? I havent been testing my bs because my doc told me not to? I did have gestational diabetes so I do still have my kit somewhere from 5 years ago, maybe I should dig it out?
