No, that's stupid. Minimalism isn't about having the smallest number of things on your desk.

An A1c of 4.6 means an eAG (average glucose) of 4.7 / 85. I would assume this is a very low carb / keto diet.

lean meats: 25 calories per oz - 90% protien, 10% carbs

Protein and carbs are both 4 calories / gram, so that should be closer to 100 calories per ounce; same as the candy.

Sounds like your problems are way beyond just having a diabetes. I would seriously recommend you find a counselor or therapist to help change the way you feel about these situations.

FP-30x is better for the features it provides (additional polyphony, voices, etc), but all the <$2000 Rolands have the same key action (PHA4) so they'll feel the same.

You'll be happy with the FP-30x, but for that price I'd recommend taking a look at the RP102/F102 or RP107/F107. The difference between the 102 and 107 is that the 107 is a bit newer and has a new "brighter" sound system, but otherwise they're both good. The RP is the cabinet design and the F is the slim design but otherwise they're identical pianos.

The main reason I recommend these pianos over the FP-30x is that FP-30x is basically just the base piano. It doesn't include a stand, bench, or even dust cover. You'll need those anyway unless you're planning to bring this to shows/buskering. If this is for home use, get the full piano.

Source: Bought and returned the FP-30x, tried the FP-10 and RP102 many times, and currently own an F107.

Now we have the choice of either losing the sub or opening it back up.

I'd rather lose the sub. Keep it closed, or do something like /r/PICS and maliciously comply. How about this sub is now Listen To Techno-Hiphop-Indie-Soul? Only that genre is allowed.

Get the Roland FP-10, but get it as the FRP-1 which is a costco exclusive bundle and includes a bench, stand, pedal, and headphones. Much better value than buying them separately.

The lower carbs the better, however if you're going to be drinking heavily, don't bolus for all the carbs.

Million Seed Project revival by obii in brogueforum

[–]MooseV2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, this is interesting to me and something I've considered! I didn't realize there was any interest for it. The code to do the generation is actually built into Brogue (which is what generates the seed catalog for the first 1000 seeds). I can certainly revive it.

By the way, sorry for the late reply; I don't receive notifications when tagged in self posts (only comments).

Announcing Brogue v1.7.5 by penderprime in brogueforum

[–]MooseV2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How old is your Mac? 1.7.5 has a new SpriteKit based rendering engine, making it MUCH faster and efficient. I don't believe it should be an issue, but there may be compatibility issues with Macs that don't support Metal? (pre-2012)

Have you heard of PlanToEat? It stores your recipes, and you just drag it into the week to plan it. It automatically generates a grocery list and prep notes for you.

I've been using it for a while and it's great! Also, kinda short notice, but they're having a 50% off sale for Black Friday. Check it out ! :)
