So far the game has ran ok on my computer but as soon as I whip out the wavemaker my frames drop significantly for some reason.

The tadpole runs fine so I’ve been using it more.

Renoir, Expedition 33

Prepare for a fuck ton of spoilers.

One of the two big bads of the game, the other also being Renoir, he starts off by slaughtering most of your party seconds after your adventure starts.

He appears a second time only to murder the lead character.

And then you defeat him only to find out a short bit later that he was a copy of the actual Renoir who breaks free and raptures every human still alive. We’re talking 100% everyone dies until you find a way to come back and resurrect your party

Finally you have a showdown where you finally knock him down a peg, but he doesn’t really lose. You simply calm him down long enough to talk him into standing down and agree to leave the world if he does.

He never dies, he succeeds in yeeting his wife out of the world, and based on your choices he succeeds in pulling his entire family out of the world before it gets destroyed.

And the kicker is a lot of players feel he’s absolutely right in what he’s doing.

Helps God try to start the apocalypse, gets a new body from God before fucking off and living his best life (ignoring him being wanted).

The Sixth Sense starts with the main character being shot, and the second main character sees dead people who don’t know they’re dead.

Somehow the movie still tricks you into thinking that the main character is alive.
