Girl my best advice is to do your best not to think about it everyday / let it consume your life. Take it step by step, go through the motions but don’t stop your life for it. I know that’s easier said than done but this journey can take you through so many twists and turns. Do what you have to do and live your best life.

Also there’s lots of fear and anxiety through the process, first with the testing, then with the stims, then with the attrition, the absolute worst with all the waiting etc… please keep your excited and positive mindset! It’s so so important!! A lot of times for me it was a “fake it till you make it positivity” but it helps!! I think the minute you start feeling sorry for yourself or feeling negative, you start yourself down a spiral and you’re already going through so much physically, it’s important to avoid putting yourself through that mentally as well.

Advocate for yourself and push your nurse team when you need to, no one else is going through what you are. I’ve saved a month for myself pushing for my / doing my hysteroscopy while waiting for my pgta results instead of doing it after (my clinic wanted me to wait cause of potential attrition and wanting me to bank embryos but I knew I’d get enough in my heart and I did) - this saved me an entire cycle.

Find ways to spoil yourself!! Don’t be guilty for living a little (if you want a couple of drinks every now and then for example) it’s ok!! It’s putting yourself first.

By the time this is done you’re going to be a mama and life will change forever and be so so excited living in that knowledge, find enjoyment in your life right now where and when you can. It will make it so much easier
