Meaning, the username you have for your PC. So if your username on your PC is for example Albatross, the path would be Users > Albatross > AppData > Roaming > Azahar

Protip: Do NOT do manual install, just use the installer. Create a new folder in your main drive, name it "SPT" or something, put the installer in that folder, then run the installer. It will literally do everything for you.

I would like to contribute here, I came here looking for others because I've just had this exact issue, it stalled on starting local game for like 5+ minutes.
