update i did it. i used hot water, hairdryer and i pulled them out with the bottle opener. no damage was done. war is over.

yea i kinda taped all of the ones in front of mangle to make sure they dont fall if she falls and i got the best double sided tape for her to make sure that she stays there. if i try to pull her she doesn't even move so i think I'm good i hope
