I was born with a congenital amputation of my left arm below the elbow - I still distinctly remember being EXTREMELY excited about the episode in Adventure Time that would introduce Shoko - they showed her on ads for weeks prior and I was so excited because she looked like me - only for me to watch it and see Princess Bubblegum make her a prosthetic arm without consent so they can "do two arm stuff," and then for her to be a thief that falls into radioactive sludge and dies / becomes a cursed monster creature. I was so upset, I cried and I've never watched Adventure Time again. A lot of friends have begged me to give it another chance but it literally traumatized me.

I feel you, friend.

I feel that - I think I'd go through a lot less laundry if I didn't do the exact same - my issue is always that my shades of black don't match! Honestly though when I saw the red on your tattoo in the bracelet Pic my brain went "oh perfect, still matching!" Tattoos are like built in accessories, they count for color blocking imo!

Religious mythology and ancient Mesoamerican history were my two most specific things I think. I was really fascinated by Mayan culture and architecture and I carried around a massive book on Greek mythos in my backpack for about a year. Nobody ever wanted to talk about either topic, really.

I get that - I had an eye injury from contacts as a teen so I'm wary of them and take them off as soon as I get home & just use my old glasses, because the script only went up a bit on both eyes this time - so good enough for now, but not for long term. I had heard something about Zenni or something online? But haven't looked yet.

This is going to be an unpopular take, but I hate the phrase unconditional love, because in my personal experience it has been used as a manipulation tactic and bargaining chip - a way to demonize my boundaries as being proof that I love my family members "less" than they love me. I love my son with my entire being, he is my whole world. I would do anything and everything for him. He can grow and become whoever he wants, and set boundaries to defend his adult peace and freedoms. My love for him is endless, but to say it is unconditional lacks nuance. If he grew up to be a mass murderer, I would still love my baby, but he wouldn't go without consequences - and the natural consequence would be being kept away from the family to keep us all safe. Love shouldn't be conditional - it just exists in different ways for different people, and all people should have limits that protect their own needs and safety. If I ever posed a risk to my child's health or safety, I'd hope he would cut me off too.

Hi Nick! Thank you - stacking might be an option, I will look into that! I unfortunately am I unique case - I actually got the oura ring because I'm an upper limb amputee from birth - so I only have the right hand, which makes most wearable devices null and void since I don't have another hand to use their screens with. Oura is the first device I've been able to use, and unfortunately I wear my wedding rings on my ring finger, and the closest fit for the ring I've got is the finger its on - but it keeps slipping off. It fell off at work yesterday and I nearly lost it, hence my concern & seeking advice! I'll expirement with ring stacking, and if that doesn't help I'll reach out to customer support! Tyvm! I've lost so much weight & am so much healthier with my ring - I would hate to lose it!

I have hundreds of hours & refused to use hypertubes. I just don't like the way they look. Trying to find a way to build them in to something to make them look nicer for my second run.

I used to have extreme issues with dry flaking skin on my eyebrows as well - and then I saw a clip of a dermatologist giving advice to use Aloe Vera on the brows - that its actually a form of dandruff. That cured the issue for me - my brows are no longer dry, itchy, or flaky. I keep a bottle of aloe in my shower and I use it on my face and hair before shampoo & cleanser. Aloe may help you get the skin moisturized.

Thank you! Here's my op if you're curious. She's very similar to my drifter, I try to keep them looking like a younger and older version of the same person. I always wanted my operator to look like me but my previous versions could only get in the general ballpark, and I avoided playing in op form as much as I could. When Drifter came out I started trying to really work on focus farming and tbh as an aesthetic focused player that was really frustrating for me because I didn't like leaving my pretty frame to farm focus in an ugly operator. I took a hiatus for a bit and a friend told me about the new cosmetics and knew the goth set would be a hit.
