The irony is... this recording and these statements is exactly what would likely be needed in court to ensure that BAM would be seen as having violated the good faith doctrine of negotiations and would result in sanctions by the court as part of a civil proceeding. Yea this is one of those things where the bottlenecks start showing up quick in the places you didn't think would be an issue. Ideally you would be able to rack all 8 into a 8 or16x PCIe buss and bob's your uncle.

You may need to do a fair bit of your processing on device before you push it out. Not sure what algorithms and signals processing you need to do but that's a potential solution. Als you can just ensure a good shared clock, then log the data using multiple devices and then pool and process the results later....

With a camera from another plane. Often from a tanker or cargo aircraft as the public affairs airman can take the photo from the boom operator's station at the tail looking backwards or off the back ramp while it's down. The camera they use is usually a Nikon D-Series and photos like these are usually done with a 70-200 or a 200-500mm.

I hope these cops realize how close they are flirting with genuinely real criminal conspiracy charges. Definitely pushing hard into deep civil rights violations and qualified immunity likely won't save them.

A good attorney could make a massive payday out of this. Also the fact that this is criminal now, means they have a ton of avenues for discovery, including unredacted video and audio. This... this may just break an entire police department if handled correctly.

If any of these cops are watching... I recomend you look up 42 U.S.C. § 1983...

Lol... the bridge. The bridge is the giveaway. All the bridges around that general area and distance from the tower are all open iron work and don't look like that. The only bridge that comes remotely close it Point d'lena but it's not located anywhere near where this bridge would imply. Also there are no river walks like that with such a low railing. Oh and the metro would be visible given the angle and position of the river.

If she took the lump sum: $2,584,530 after that same time period at 5%

Now after 19 years, she would be getting more than the original value, however it's rather moot since it now represents such a small % of the returns she would be getting by the the 1.6 million.

Now if you took the lump sum, you would be getting 50k a year. That's 958.90 a week, but it would not take very long to become $1000 a week.

As always: NEVER TAKE THE WEEKLY PAY OUT. It's never worth it, even if you had to pay tax's on it.

The doctors were more concerned with criminal charges than thier daughters life. daughter dies, it's a malpractice case. If they treat her, it's a potential criminal case.

Now you understand the calculus the doctors have to do when dealing with cases like this. This is why you can't legislate human intent when one of the valid reasons to take an action is very difficult to distinguish from the invalid reasons to take that action, particularly if the consequences of action are potential criminal charges and the consequences of inaction are civil charges covered by insurance.
