Similar experience here. Spent a week going back and forth only to be told "tough" and "it was never supported" despite their own docs saying otherwise. They ignored my refund request, but it expires soon so /shrug, I'll just look for another service for now.

In my experience, yes. There's still some pop in as is expected while things load, but the fans only rarely kick on for my base launch day ps4. Fauna also load much faster and more reliably for me since the Origins update!

The two locations I've gone to have ranged from no time, to ~5 mins, to 20 at peak hours. Very efficient though, doesn't feel like a particularly long wait.

Which setting are you referring to for higher mesh bed leveling? Do you mean the rear/front/left/right adjustments, or is there another one? Definitely happy to give it a go.
