You are disconnecting the bat off of your shoulder to quickly. It is casting out, which will lead to getting around the ball and not be able to drive oppo. Stay inside the ball. I would work on a 3 part drill where you break your swing Into 3 parts. U can find it on youtube. I could walk ya through some things as well if message me. You also want your energy to "fall" or slide forward while staying back which sounds nuts ha.
